FESTIVAL TICKET TERMS
All tickets sold through this website are issued as revocable licenses. Woollystar Festival reserves the right to revoke any ticket at any time and for any reason permitted by law.
Tickets may not be resold above face value. Any resale or attempted resale above the stated face value may result in seizure or cancellation of the ticket without compensation.
As a condition of attendance, you assume all risks associated with the event, including loss, damage, personal injury, or other risks that may occur before, during, or after the event.
To gain entry, you must present your original, valid, and unaltered ticket at the box office for exchange for a wristband. Entry may be denied for reasons including, but not limited to, misconduct, intoxication, safety concerns, or violation of festival policies, as determined at the sole discretion of Woollystar Festival.
By attending the event, you grant Woollystar Festival and its representatives the right to capture and use your image, likeness, voice, or appearance in photographs, video recordings, or other media for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
Management reserves the right to prohibit certain items. By entering the event grounds, you consent to reasonable security checks, including bag inspections and personal searches. Prohibited items may be confiscated and will not be returned.
You agree to comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, as well as all rules, policies, and guidelines established by Woollystar Festival.
All sales are final unless the event is officially cancelled.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
Refunds or exchanges will be provided on a case by case basis for tickets purchased through this website or at the box office. Full refunds minus the ticket processing fee will be provided in the case event is cancelled.
If tickets are not successfully delivered, they may be claimed at the box office with valid identification and proof of purchase. You are responsible for all charges associated with your order, regardless of whether tickets are picked up.
Woollystar Festival reserves the right to retain all service, processing, shipping, and handling fees associated with ticket purchases.
4. Event Changes and Cancellation
Woollystar Festival reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any event, including changes to performers, schedules, or dates. Such changes do not constitute a cancellation.
For outdoor events, attendance is at your own risk with respect to weather conditions. Events may be held rain or shine.
If Woollystar Festival chooses to issue refunds for a cancelled event, refunds will apply only to the base ticket price and must be requested within 10 business days of the originally scheduled event date. Service fees and other associated charges may be nonrefundable.
If an event is rescheduled and refunds are authorized, requests must be made prior to the rescheduled event date and in accordance with any instructions provided by Woollystar Festival.
5. Festival Guidelines
All attendees must follow all published festival guidelines and policies. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event and cancellation of your ticket without refund, at the sole discretion of Woollystar Festival.
